Sally Nickless is late diagnosed ADHDer, who understands personally as well as professionally how to cultivate personal and practical skills, to thrive as an authentic, unmasked person. Using a combination of evidence-based techniques and person-centred work, Sally is able to support you to learn more about yourself. To become comfortable with accepting and advocating for yourself. Whether you are formally diagnosed or self-diagnosed, to learn more about yourself and be proud of who you are and what you have to offer, will enable you to live your life more purposefully and confidently.

By valuing everyone as a unique individual with a multitude of strengths and assets, by finding out what the person values, enjoys, is passionate about, enables Sally to personalise all support so it is meaningful, fun and life -enhancing. Sally's Background

How did Sally get to where she is today? In 2008, she embarked on a career change as she was not fulfilled or inspired with any jobs she had undertaken previously. The vision: To do something meaningful and rewarding. To help others. There began a nine-month voluntary placement, where Sally supported vulnerable and disadvantaged children to learn new skills, in fun, creative and purposeful ways. This experience ignited a new purpose for Sally; to help children live better lives. Since then Sally has worked in the NHS, social care, SEN and mainstream schools, respite centres, children's homes, as well as the places they live, if they are unable to access any academic or support services. These experiences gave Sally a more definitive purpose; to help neuro-divergent children lead more meaningful and rewarding lives. She now fulfils that calling, as a Neuro-affirming Behaviour Consultant in Hereford.

Testimonials

"Our sessions began with an in-depth consultation. I found Sally really easy to talk to and it was the first time that I felt that someone understood where I was coming from. Sally gave me clear signposting which proved to be invaluable in helping us as a family, to navigate our way through to find the right pathways for us. My 12-year old son also benefitted from Sally's one-to-one sessions. Her fun and relaxed style made the learning really accessible for him. Many thanks Sally, your help is greatly appreciated."

"I had the pleasure of working with Sally. She is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced consultant, who has a fantastic conceptual understanding of the children she supports. She is very passionate about improving the quality of life for all individuals she works with. I would recommend her without hesitation."

"I absolutely loved working with Sally. From the first moment we worked together, I felt so comfortable. She was an amazing supervisor and person; both professionally and personally. I felt comfortable asking her questions about positive behaviour support. Sally was always there when days had been emotionally draining. Years on and I'm still in contact with her - that speaks volumes on the kind of person she is."

"Sally is an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced practitioner who helped my son learn a variety of new skills which prepared him to start as a pupil in a mainstream school. We were very grateful for all her advice, support and expertise."
